File Upload
Hello! Our file upload page has changed a little since you last visited. If you would like to upload a file that is under 20mb, please contact us at 802-254-3550 for the new password (it changes monthly). Then click the link below.
Click here to upload files under 20mb.
Unsure of how to upload your files? Please follow the directions for Mac Users and Windows XP Users.
Please Note: This option may not work for everyone. Although the overall maximum capacity of our FTP server is 100 mb, the individual file upload limitation is 20 mb.
For files larger than 20 mb:
We have a file upload system that requires you to have your own FTP software program (e.g., Fetch or WS_FTP). If you are unfamiliar with obtaining or using FTP programs, we would be happy to guide you through the process.
We do have a file upload system that requires you to have your own FTP software program (e.g., Fetch or WS_FTP). If you are unfamiliar with obtaining or using FTP programs, we would be happy to guide you through the process.
Also, please note that if you ever need to review a PDF proof that is too large for us to email to you, we offer a file download service via your web browser that does not require you to have your own FTP program. Please contact us for more information.
We hope you always feel free to contact us with any questions. We are here to assist you!
For Mac Users:
Here are seven easy steps to send us your job files.
(1) Create a folder on your computer desktop with the name of your job.
(2) Gather all of the items that go with your job and copy them into the folder — the original file you created, the fonts you used, the graphic images you included, and a PDF, if possible, for us to see the formatted file exactly as you see the formatted file.
(3) Control click on the folder and select the option that says "Create Archive" of folder. It will appear on your desktop as a ".zip" folder.
(4) Click on the "upload files" link above to access our login page and enter the password provided by us.
(5) Use the "choose file" button(s) to locate and select your designated file(s) / folder(s).
(6) Click the "Upload File(s)" button to start uploading your file(s) to our server.
(7) A new window should open with the message, "Your file upload was successful." (The time length may vary depending on the size of your file and your connection speed.)
If your file fails to upload, it could be because it is too large or our server happens to be full. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
If you can't zip your items in a folder — or if the zipped file is too large (over 20mb), per our note above — you can always upload them one by one, which will take a little longer, but will still work!

(3) Right-click on the folder and select the zip option. (If you do not have this option on your computer, you may need to download a program that allows you to do just that. One of the most commonly used programs is called WinZip.)
