Charitable Contribution Request FormHere at Howard Printing, we receive many requests during the year for donated or discounted printing services to help support the many good causes in our community. We want to do our best to continue to meet as many of those requests as possible.
With that in mind, we have developed a Charitable Contribution Request system that we hope will be simple and straight-forward for you, and helpful to us in planning our semiannual schedule and budget.
Twice a year — at the end of December and end of June — we will be accepting and reviewing applications to determine which requests we can accommodate for the following six-month period. Please see the link below to download a PDF of the Charitable Contribution Request Form. (Or we would be happy to mail or fax you a copy.) The application deadlines are November 1st and May 1st, respectively.
